The Hall Memorial Library is in need of a new heating and cooling system for its historic building. This summer, they had only 1 working AC unit out of 3 that were installed in 2001. There are many other repairs on the capital improvement plan that we don't have the funds for.
The Hall Memorial Library is a vibrant and welcoming place in the heart of a rural community. We hate to ask the very people we serve to help with these funds, but we are asking those who support the mission of libraries to serve the underserved.
