Join us after hours for a rejuvenating program on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM with Noelle. All levels are welcome; no experience in meditation or yoga is necessary. Our session begins with a 5-10 minute meditation to help you unwind and center yourself. Following that, we'll guide you through a video featuring the popular YouTube yoga instructor, Adriene Mishler. We provide mats for your convenience, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
